Assistance with Daily Living
We aim to work alongside your regular routines, ensuring that support is tailored to your specific requirements. We have fully trained carers & supporters who offer discreet & professional care.
Transportation
At Above Care Services, we ensure that your
commuting needs are fulfilled in a hassle-free manner to get you there and drop you safely at your home again.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We provide supported accommodation that often suits those who are unable to live on their own or with their family.
Accomodation
We would support you to find suitable Short term accommodation (unto 90 days) or Medium Term Accommodation (Up to 180 days)

Social Support /Community Participation
Social isolation affects your health & well-being. Above Care Services coordinates activities & day trips in the community to extend your social connections, and keep you healthy & active.
Support Coordination
Support Coordinators work empathically and resourcefully with participants to utilize their support budgets to achieve their goals. Support Coordinators help to implement all possible supports in a participant’s plan, including informal, mainstream, community, and funded supports.
